Below are the current Frequently Asked Questions. If your question has not been answered below, please get in touch with us via the contact page.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we have up to £10,000,000 worth of Public Liability Insurance.

Q: Is your equipment reliable?
A: Yes, all our equipment is reliable and safe to use. All equipment used is regularly PAT tested.

Q: Do you have a ProDub License?
A: Yes, we do have a ProDub license. Although it is a fairly new license, a lot of venues have started to ask the DJs if they have one should they use a laptop or store songs on hard drives. If a DJ doesn't have a ProDub license, the venue may refuse to let them perform.

Q: How will the DJ dress?
A: The DJ's attire would be suitable for the event. If you have a specific dress code, please state during the booking.

Q: Do you do games at kids birthdays?
A: No, we do not supply games at kids parties. However we are more than happy to work along side a children's entertainer.

Q: Do you use strobe lights?
A: No we do not use dedicated strobe lights, however some of our lighting may strobe occasionally.

Q: Do you use smoke/haze machines?
A: Yes, where possible as it really enhances our light shows. However, this is subject to the venues rules regarding smoke machines and hazers.

Q: Do you carry spare equipment around with you if required?
A: Yes. Unlike a lot of other mobile disco services, we always carry a range of backup equipment. From CD players, to hard drives, fuses to lamps and even spare lighting!

Q: Where do you cover?
A: We currently cover Northamptonshire, and Milton Keynes. If you are unsure whether we cover where you live, please get in contact with us.

Q: Will you play requests?
A: Yes! All requests are played providing we have them, and that they are suitable for the audience and the event.

Q: How long do you take to setup and pack away?
A: We ask for 2 hours to setup the equipment and sound check, and approximately 1 hour to pack down.

Q: Do we get confirmation of our booking?
A: Yes, once we have confirmed the booking, the client is sent a copy of the booking form, a copy of our terms to sign and an addressed envelope to return the signed terms and conditions and the booking fee cheque.

Q: Do you accept bookings at venues with sound limiters?
A: Yes, we do. However in most cases this will mean that the volume of the music will be lower than other events as not to set the sound limiter off.

Q: One of my friends is a DJ, would he be allowed to do a set on the night?
A: No, the only people insured to use our equipment are our staff.

Q: Do you talk over the music?
A: Yes and no. Yes, we speak over the outros of track, but NEVER during the lyrics and most importantly not all of the time. We believe the music should do the majority of the talking but all requests and announcements are always made over the mic.

Q: Do you supply karaoke?
A: No, we do not currently supply karaoke, however we are looking to in the future.

Q: Can we meet you before our event?
A: Yes! We are more than happy to meet you to discuss the event in question.

Q: We would like to be able to do speeches at our event, can you supply a microphone?
A: Yes, absolutely. We always carry a variety of microphones to all events enabling guests to make speeches. This does have to be arranged prior to the event though.
